Working together.

Whichever project we collaborate on together, it will always follow a fairly basic structure of three key areas.

Your brand, your audience and your differentiators.

So whether we create a brochure, a website or a new VR experience together, then if we tick these boxes off along the way, then we will have a design solution which is meaningful to you and your customer.

I can lead and manage the whole project process, either with my own creative resources or using your own. We can collaborate around your circumstances.





Branding.

Creating a brand becomes a promise. A promise of delivering what you say you will deliver and the experience of how you will deliver it.

For brands to be successful you need to be who you are and not anyone else. This requires being true to yourself and being honest with your perception.

I can help you create a brand story which is unique to you. I will then help you communicate this through creating your brand values and then developing a brand identity.

The brand identity will be made up by both the visual and the verbal. The visual identity is formed through colour, shape, logo, photography, iconography and layout. The verbal identity is the tone of voice and how you communicate to all stakeholders of your brand.

I have created numerous brand guidelines over the years, as well as respecting and following those I have recieved, and this ensures a cohesive and consistent implementation of your brand at all touch points. 

Communication.

When communicating with your audience, I can help you identify your difference. From my experience, it is very common for people within their own company or organisation to not know what that might be.

They are so close to the everyday 'business as usual' that they have a clouded view of both their own brand story and their own differentiators. 

So sometimes it needs a bit of help and direction to realise 'wow, we're pretty good at this - we should be telling our customers about it'. Your customers maybe craving this and they never knew you could provide it, so make sure you tell them.

I can work with you to identify your customer profiles in order to know what they want to know, but also how and where they would like to be told.

But don't forget your own people. It is important that staff pledge their commitment and share your vision and values and I have helped many companies to integrate this through internal engagement programmes.

Making it happen.


Once we have a strong brand story to tell and we have identified your audience and your product or services' unique selling points to communicate, we need to reach your audience.

There are so many methods and mediums available at our disposal to deliver your message and tailor it by how your audience wants to receive it.

I use the large majority of these. Whether it is a multi-channel marketing campaign using digital and social media platforms supported by traditional outdoor awareness and printed advertising. Or at a congress or event using VR, animation or interactive engagement tools. Maybe an app to provide an enhanced customer experience, or providing shelf stand out with an innovative use of packaging.

They are all touch-points in which you can engage and communicate with your customer.

So from brief through to delivery, I can help you achieve, and hopefully exceed your objectives using meaningful design.
